Restaurant Pairings

September 2020 Pairing

Our theme this month is Back To School: Unusual Varietals and Winemaking Techniques. These are delicious and out-of-the-box wines that pair easily with many dishes. So we called our friends at Olympia Provisions and they jumped at the chance to pair some of their favorite dishes with these wines!

Once you've got your wines in hand, you can order any of these dishes for pick-up or delivery from their SE Washington St location in Portland. Or enjoy an evening out and they'll waive the corkage fee for any of our four featured wines. Check out their website for all the ordering options including their expanded hours starting September 14.
