Holiday Shipping Deadlines

For delivery before Christmas

While delays can still happen en route, we recommend that orders be placed prior to December 17th to be received by Christmas with ground shipping. After December 17th, we encourage you to choose rush shipping. Just add a note on your order if it is important to you that your gift be received before Christmas Day and our amazing pack team will reach out if there are any concerns about meeting the holiday deadline. All orders received will be shipped in December regardless of location and potential shipping delays unless specific arrangements have been made.

Please keep an eye out for tracking information from FedEx to track your package and don't forget to share with your gift recipient as necessary.

Shipping is $19.99 per order for the continental United States.

Shipping Schedule

Cellar 503 club releases are generally sent out between the 15th and the 20th of each month. Your first shipment will be sent to you between the 15th and the 20th of the following month.  Shipments may take between five and ten business days to arrive.  Due to shipping regulations, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. 

You may change your address by accessing your account at www.Cellar503.com or by contacting Cellar 503 in writing at [email protected] no later than the last day of the month prior to the next shipment.

Adult Signature Required

Please send your wine to a home or business address where an individual at least 21 years of age is available during regular business hours to sign. By law all alcohol orders require an adult signature for delivery. FedEx will make up to 3 delivery attempts.

Shipping Conditions

Our goal is to get you your wine as soon as it becomes available so we rarely hold shipments. However, during times of inclement weather, extreme heat, or extreme cold, Cellar 503 LLC reserves the right to delay shipments until conditions improve. If you are concerned about the weather in your area, please contact us to hold your shipment until the weather improves. It is the sole responsibility of the member to notify Cellar 503 LLC before the last day of the month prior in which the release is to be shipped that they would like their club release held. Please be advised that Cellar 503 LLC is not responsible for items damaged once the package has left our care.

Returned Wine

If your wine is returned to us because it cannot be delivered we will contact you to confirm the correct address and any delivery instructions. You are responsible for paying for the additional shipping to send your wine back to you.

We Ship At Your Request

Title to and ownership of wine purchased from this website passes from Cellar 503 LLC to the purchaser in the State of Oregon. The risk of loss for all purchased items also passes from Cellar 503 LLC to the purchaser in the same manner and at the same time title passes to the purchaser. Cellar 503 LLC does not convey or intimate the right of any person to transport beverage alcohol across any state border. The purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipping of his or her wine from Oregon to his or her home state. At the purchaser’s request, Cellar 503 LLC will arrange delivery of the wine. In doing so, Cellar 503 LLC is providing a service to and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service, the purchaser represents that he or she is acting in a manner compliant with his or her state and local laws regarding the purchase, transport and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he or she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine, is legally entitled to take quantities ordered, and certifies that he or she is at least 21 years of age. Cellar 503 LLC reserves the right to choose any and all procedures, packaging and transporter of sold merchandise. Cellar 503 LLC assumes no liability for breach of any regulation by the purchaser. Cellar 503 LLC assumes no liability for any misinterpretation of the above provisions.

States We Ship To

Due to state alcohol laws, we are unable to ship wine to every state. We ship into all states where we are legally able. If an order is placed for a state we can not legally ship to we will reach out to inform the customer before issuing a refund.
