Pour Oregon Ticket Refund
We are so sad not to see you and celebrate Oregon wine with our awesome community of winemakers, but we know that this is ultimately the best decision for the safety of our staff, our volunteers, our winery partners, and you.
We love Oregon and we love Oregon wine and we work hard to support small producers. It is vital during this difficult time that we do everything we can to support these small wineries who make up the fabric of the Oregon wine community. We’re also thinking about what we can do to support our friends at Make-A-Wish Oregon, who continue their work supporting children with life-threatening illnesses.
You have three options:

You can request a full refund of your ticket(s) to Pour Oregon.

You can donate the full value of your ticket(s) to Make-A-Wish Oregon.

We can send you a bottle (or 2 for VIP ticket holders) of Oregon wine, as well as give you access to our member benefits card, the Explore 503 card, for a year. And we’ll even donate $10 of each ticket to Make A Wish Oregon as we originally promised!
The Explore 503 card gives you free or discounted tastings at around 80 wineries around the state that you can enjoy -- once it is safe to travel again. With your bottle of wine (your choice, red, white or rosé), you’ll receive detailed tasting notes and our well-known winemaker stories.
(Note: If you bought multiple tickets, you’ll get one bottle of wine for each ticket. For VIP tickets, you'll get 2 bottles. If you have a complicated situation, just email me back and we’ll sort it out.)
