Interested in becoming a Cellar 503 winery partner?

We are always looking for new producers to partner with! Here are some basics about how we work:

• We focus on wineries located in Oregon who make less than 10,000 cases a year.
• We are committed to being as geographically and varietally diverse as we can and we prioritize producers who have a diverse selection of wines to sample.
• We try to keep our retail bottle prices at $30 and under.
• Because our members have the option of both monthly and quarterly memberships, our case orders vary wildly depending on the month. We could order anywhere between 1 and 65 cases of wine
• We try to request sample bottles and provide feedback on what our Tasting Panels thought within 90 days. Our Theme Team will usually have Tasting Panel approved wines scheduled within 90 days. The timelines for wines submitted that were not requested can take longer.
