Love Bubbles?
We are so excited to partner with our friend Katherine Cole this holiday season to bring you 4 outstanding sparkling wines!
Katherine is a long-time Oregonian who is in love with all things wine! She is the author of five books on wine, is the former wine columnist for The Oregonian, and is the creator, executive producer, and host of The Four Top — a nationally syndicated podcast dealing with issues that matter most to the wine and food industries
Katherine and I both love bubbles and when I heard that she had published a new book — Sparkling Wine Anytime — I knew immediately that we should collaborate on a sparkling wine package for the holidays. So together we picked four amazing sparkling wines from Oregon to share with you! In addition to the wines, you'll receive detailed stories about the people behind the wine as well as a copy of Katherine's new book!
This year, we're offering two ways to enjoy these wines — a two-bottle package ($100) and a four-bottle package ($175) - SOLD OUT. Both packages include a copy of Katherine's book!

Corollary Wines 2017 Winter's Hill Pinot Blanc
Jeanne Feldkamp and her partner Dan Diephouse launched their sparkling-wine-focused label in spring 2020 and I was a rabid fan with my first sip. Their wines are precise and polished, and they approach their craft with curiosity and scholarship. This single-vineyard blanc de blancs is 100% Pinot Blanc... which is, in fact, one of the traditional grapes of Champagne. Clean, refreshing, and dry, this is a wine of delicacy and verve, with fresh sliced pear on the palate, vibrant acidity, and a long lemony finish. -
Landmass Wines NV Sparkling Chenin Blanc
Business and life partners Melaney Schmidt and Malia Myers make edgy, elegant wines following a natural, low-intervention methodology. They support their winemaking habit with a side mixology business, in which they craft high-end, culinary cocktails from farm-fresh ingredients. Keep an eye on these two… They are going places! This Loire-style traditional-method sparkler is 85% Chenin Blanc and 15% Pinot Noir. With bright notes of crisp, tart green apple and plenty of acidity, it's a delicious apéritif, or a match for light fare such as crab or shrimp salad. -
Kramer Vineyards 2016 Brut Blanc de Blancs
Since 1984, Kramer Vineyards has been producing wine in the Willamette Valley. When second-generation winemaker Kim Kramer took over as head winemaker in 2010, she focused her attention on sparkling winemaking, and she now produces numerous bubbly bottlings each year. This blanc de blancs is 60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Blanc and spent three years en tirage. It’s a bone-dry “brut zero” wine, so is best served at cocktail hour. I find tart kiwi and starfruit, grapefruit pith, and white pepper on the palate of this zinger. -
Maysara NV Sparkling Pinot Noir Rosé
What you’re about to read might surprise you... To truly appreciate what winemaker Tahmiene Momtazi’s rich rosé brut has to offer, decant it, let it sit for a few hours, and enjoy it at room temperature. On first popping the cork, its initial aromatics can be yeasty, buttery, and even a bit funky. Time and air, however, bring out the savory, earthy terroir of Momtazi’s biodynamic family vineyard. Sweet-and-sour notes and a hint of burnt caramel make this a wine that could accompany the tail end of dinner and last through the dessert course.
